The Green Room provides backstage green room furniture rental, makeup mirrors, director chairs, and styling services for the entertainment, film production, wedding, corporate, and live event industries in Nashville, as well as, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga and beyond.
Whether supplementing and styling an existing green room, or starting from scratch with an empty room, pipe and drape, or tent, our rental and styling team can transform any space into a comfortable, well equipped, and private holding area for your VIP artist, talent, clients, or bridal party.
From make up mirrors to wardrobe racks, director chairs to pipe and drape, from steamers to furniture and accessories, we can also assist your management or design team with a la carte rentals and delivery to insure success for any event, such as concerts, festivals, theatre, weddings, convention, and school related events.
We also offer two custom Mobile Green Room coaches and a Wardrobe/Make Up Trailer when working on remote locations, or needing private and/or extra holding space outside any venue.

36’ Mobile Green Room Coach
Our custom and contemporary 36’ Mobile Green Room coach is designed to meet the on-location talent and VIP needs of film production, print photography, live event, weddings, and corporate projects.
The Artist, VIP client, or Talent green room configuration offers a sofa, side tables, and amenities to enhance the environment, such as pillows and other accessories. With the double slide outs, they make this coach extra wide and spacious for lounging.
The galley area includes refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee and tea maker, and plenty of counter space to tastefully accommodate your displays of food, beverages, and gift baskets to make any artist or VIP feel welcome and special.
This coach was built with a large custom make up counter and industry standard wardrobe rack storage area. The make up mirror is powered with LED daylight temperature vanity bulbs and even offers a Bluetooth connection for your talent or bride to enjoy their own personal playlist. The make up counter area also includes plenty of electrical outlets, several USB connection ports, and air purifier unit, if requested.
The mobile green room coach can operate on its own generator power, or can be connected to shore power on location. Wireless internet and a television with local channels are also available on the coach for added entertainment and ambience.
Make up, wardrobe, and a comfortable, private holding area all in one place for your VIP talent, clients, or wedding party.

32’ Mobile Green Room/Mobile Office Coach
Our 32’ custom, contemporary and technologically advanced mobile green room and office is designed to meet the on-location needs of film production, print photography, live event, and corporate projects.
The Artist, VIP client, or Talent green room configuration offers a sofa, side tables, and amenities to enhance the environment, such as pillows, throws, etc.
The galley area includes refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee and tea maker, and plenty of counter space to tastefully accommodate your displays of food, beverages, and gift baskets to make any artist or VIP feel welcome and special.
A make-up/hair station with deluxe hydraulic styling chair are also an included option, along with a ceiling mounted wardrobe rack at the front or rear of the coach. The rear of coach can be partitioned off for complete privacy for make up and/or wardrobe changes. A second partition is also available at front of coach to maintain privacy from the front door entrance/driver seat area.
Two plush modern recliner chairs can replace the primary make up/hair station at front of coach to provide additional comfortable seating adjacent to the conference table. If needed, a make up station can be configured at rear of coach on counter.
The front of coach can also accommodate another 4 people at the conference/dinette table, such as Artist management or VIP’s themselves to plan and strategize the next move, enjoy a meal, or simply relax with a little quiet time.
WiFi and a television with local channels are also available on the coach for added entertainment and ambience.
